Cinecitta & Ristobar29 will close their doors on Sunday March 2
Due to safety reasons, Cinecitta and Ristobar29 have made the well-considered decision to keep their doors closed during the carnival parade on Sunday, March 2, 2025. It was a difficult decision, but once again, we believe it is the best choice.
This decision stems from genuine concern for the safety of carnival-goers. In recent years, we have seen that the narrowness of the street could not accommodate the large crowds. We firmly believe that the Municipality of Tilburg has made the wrong decision by including Willem II Street in the parade route. The street is too narrow and therefore unsuitable for such a large-scale event.
On the other carnival days, we will be open as usual. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant or one of our films!
