Cinecitta House Rules

Entrance Ticket
As a visitor to a film screening, you have a valid entrance ticket that you can show at all times.

Reservations
Reserved tickets must be collected at the ticket counter 30 minutes before the start. Otherwise, your tickets will expire.

Access to the Film
No audience will be admitted five minutes after the indicated start time.

Age Restriction
Cinecitta is required to adhere to the legal age restrictions assigned to films by the Kijkwijzer foundation. The symbols are noted for each film.

Refreshments
Drinks and snacks purchased at the bar may be brought into the auditorium. We have special containers for your treats to ensure that no noisy bags are heard in the auditorium. To make it as pleasant as possible for your fellow film enthusiasts, we ask you not to bring noisy and crispy snacks from home, such as chips.

Smoking
The building and the terrace are smoke-free.

Recording Equipment
The use of recording equipment for image and/or sound in the auditorium is prohibited. Anyone making recordings violates copyright.

Damage
Cinecitta does not accept liability for personal injury and/or theft, loss, disappearance, or damage to the belongings of its visitors, arising during and/or as a result of a visit to Cinecitta.

Phone
We kindly ask you to turn on your phone after the film screening.

Ticket Exchange for Another Film
You can exchange your tickets for another film up to one hour before the screening. If you have purchased tickets for the wrong day, you can switch them to the desired day’s film. This can be done up to one hour before the time stated on your ticket. Please call the ticket counter exclusively at 085-9022996. If you are ill, we can convert your ticket into a voucher with a deduction of €3.50 administration fee. This can be done up to one hour before the start of the film.
